May 15, 2025, marked an important milestone for Dalia with the official groundbreaking ceremony, attended by dignitaries and local elected officials who came to highlight the project’s importance to the Saint-Laurent borough.
Today, Dalia is coming to life. Delivery of the units in the first phase—a seven-story building with 139 units—has now begun, and a few units are available for immediate occupancy.
