The current project is under review with a view to relaunching construction and operation in 2024. We are undertaking modifications to the project to bring it into line with market and technical feasibility, while ensuring its compliance with the regulatory framework already in force, as presented to the various bodies and in line with the adopted PPCMOI.
This residential project aims to offer quality housing while preserving the characteristics of a project that is respectful of the environment, open, and in harmony with its integration into the neighborhood.
When we begin operations in 2024, all safety and construction-related mitigation measures will be in place. Our aim will remain to complete construction efficiently, while minimizing disruption to the daily life of the surrounding area. This project will finally see the light of day, offering improved access to the neighborhood for all, and meeting the growing demand for housing, which is particularly acute at a time of crisis and housing shortage.
