On May 15, we marked a key moment with the groundbreaking ceremony for Dalia, in the presence of local dignitaries and elected officials who came to underscore the importance of this project for the borough of Saint-Laurent. The first phase, a seven-storey building with 139 units, is already under construction. Delivery is scheduled for June 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n
